You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

 


3. Conditions for Return


- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be included
- Returns must be authorized by our customer service before sending

 


4. Non-Returnable Items


- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items returned in used or damaged condition

 


5. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 


6. Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

 


7. Shipping Costs


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect.
